Bailey's Daily Pet Care

The Owners of Baily's Daily Pet Care join our show and share an uplifting story about their journey. Owner Bailey Roberts and Danny Brindisi went to high school together at Whitesboro. Bailey immersed herself in an animal science program, while Danny played football where he was a standout for coach Tom Schoen.

Bailey hit the ground running, working at a salon, she groomed and rode horses growing up which contributed to her love for dogs. She learned how to groom dog's as well, which was the start of her original business. Doing home visits for grooming, walking, staying overnight babysitting dogs, along with watching them at her house.

Danny is a natural specimen who started at offensive tackle for Whitesboro as a junior and senior. Recruited by SUNY Morrisville, he studied computer engineering and played football for two years before realizing he wanted more from life.

Good friends in high school, Bailey and Danny became a couple after graduation. When Danny visited, he would help Bailey with the dogs, and they became a great team. Bailey already was thinking about starting her own business when Danny came to her and said let's do it!

Bailey always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and everything fell into place, from finding a building, securing finances, insurance, and retaining her existing clients. Opening in January 2021 presented obstacles because people didn't feel safe leaving home and they had 5 dogs a day for an entire month.

Bailey bet on herself, has full confidence in her talent and has grown the business into an incredible success in 3 short years. Danny is polite, personable, happy, and maintains a positive attitude along with being a rock of support for Bailey. He also has a desire and determination because of having such a strong work ethic, he takes pride in everything he does, regardless of the job at hand.

Danny said the most important factor is that organization improved and is now a well-oiled machine. He also stressed the importance of communication, and he takes extra time to be sure staff understands expectations. If you need transport, Danny is out the door picking up dogs at 8am and drops them off later.

Bailey and Danny have attended conferences, received certifications, they know animal behavior, as well as temperament of different breeds. Both are more than willing to help if you have questions or want to learn more about training your dog.

Affordable prices charging $25 a day for doggy day care, $37 for overnight boarding where they stay on-site with the dogs, grooming starts at $50 and Bailey has the best groomers in our area.
