NFL teams know they need an elite QB to win a Superbowl. Plus based on NFL contracts, they have 4 years and if they don't pan out, they can be released or not have their 5th year option to be picked up. Who is in the best position to succeed? Caleb Williams has a lot of talent around him in Chicago. Jayden Dainels in Washington has a lot around him, with a new coach and ownership group to support him.

Michael Penix Jr. is going to be sitting behind the 180-million-dollar investment of Kirk Cousins. Watching and learning has shown to be successful in certain situations, where they have time to learn without being thrown in the fire.
