Athletes, men in general are less likely to ask for help, if you see someone struggling, encourage them to talk to an expert.
We mention the Harrison Butker speech and how he clearly had an agenda that was not typical for a commencement ceremony. Kelly shares about how she is inclusive to everyone. If women choose to be stay at home mom's, if they choose to have careers, she supports their decisions. Men telling women how they should live their lives is inappropriate.
